***Any individual who is a law school student is eligible for a SABAC student membership as long as they remain a student. Pursuant to the SABAC bylaws, student members have the right to participate in, and attend, programs and seminars offered by SABAC and may vote for the election of directors, but they shall not be eligible to serve as an Officer or Director of SABAC. Foreign admitted attorneys have the right to participate in, and attend, programs and seminars offered by SABAC but shall have no right to vote for the election of directors, however they shall not be eligible to serve as an Officer or Director of SABAC.
