Radhika V. Tahiliani has been on the SABAC board and has served as its Treasurer since 2018.

Radhika is an associate at Schulte, Roth and Zabel LLP. She represents focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits. She represents public companies, privately held companies and private equity firms in connections with the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions and securities offerings, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, preparing public filings, conducting due diligence and advising on the associated governance, tax and securities law issues. Radhika designs, drafts and negotiates executive compensation plans and employment separation, change in control and restrictive covenant agreements. Radhika represents public companies, privately held companies and private equity firms with respect to negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganizations, corporate governance, corporate formation, S.E.C. reporting, contract preparation, due diligence, legal research and other corporate matters.

Radhika has a BA in Economics from UC Davis, a JD from UC Davis School of Law and am LLM in Tax Law from New York University School of Law.
