Sarina Bhargava

Sarina Bhargava represents publicly and privately held companies across areas of corporate and transactional law, including public finance transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, restructuring, industry specific regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.

She assists clients with entity considerations, operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, debt and equity financings, and other organizational documents in connection with business structures and other general corporate concerns.

In 2025, Sarina Bhargava completed a legal internship at Allied World, a global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions. During her time there, she prepared presentations, reviewed contracts, and supported various legal projects, gaining practical exposure to corporate law in a dynamic international business environment.

At the University of Connecticut School of Law, Sarina served as a judicial intern for the Honorable S. Dave Vatti of the United States District Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She also was a research assistant for Professor Jessica de Perio Wittman, assisting with legal and non-legal research for projects combining education, technology, and the law.
